The story
I studied Political Science at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Shortly after graduating, I joined Westfield Consulting Ltd, an HR consulting firm, where I gained foundational experience in recruitment processes, marketing, and business development.
My experience there sparked a deep conviction: for organizations to deliver high-quality services, they must have the right talent, clear structures, and solid processes in place. This led me to work as an independent Management Consultant to businesses in Lagos, recruiting key personnel and designing training programmes to equip teams for sustainable performance.
Driven by these experiences, I founded and incorporated Sage Solutions Consulting in Nigeria and subsequently expanded into Canada. Today, we partner with founders and business leaders across both markets, providing integrated advisory across financial strategy, business planning, marketing, and organizational development.

I am a Business Consultant and Marketing Professional with wide-ranging experience across diverse industries. I have worked with HR and business development organizations to optimize internal processes, strengthen workforce competence, and unlock new revenue generation streams.
As a Consultant Partner, I help drive growth through tailored business development, robust marketing strategies, and structured financial planning. Sage Solutions Consulting was founded to provide businesses in Nigeria and Canada with practical, outcome-driven advisory to build lasting value.
