The content of this website — including any article, guide, framework, figure or description of a service — is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or avoid any particular course of action.
Your circumstances are specific. Nothing here has been written with them in mind, and it should not be relied on as though it had been. Advice only arises once we have been formally engaged, have understood your situation, and have given you advice in writing under a client agreement.

Consultations
An initial consultation booked through this site is a conversation, not an engagement. It carries no obligation on either side, and it does not by itself create a client relationship or a duty of care.
We may decline to take on work, and will tell you directly if we think we are not the right people for it.
Prices and quotations
Prices shown on this site are indicative and apply to the standard scope described alongside them. They are not offers capable of acceptance.
Where a service is priced in both naira and Canadian dollars, the applicable currency depends on where the engagement is contracted and will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Government, registry and third-party fees are not included in our fees and are charged at cost.
We may change prices at any time. A price confirmed in a written proposal is held for the period stated in that proposal.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise that a business plan will raise funding, that a marketing strategy will produce a given return, that a registration will be approved, or that a hire will succeed. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own business, market conditions and the decisions of third parties such as investors and government registries.
Any timeline given on this site is typical rather than guaranteed. Registry and government processing times in particular are outside our control.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it.
- Scrape, copy or systematically extract content for republication or to build a competing offering.
