Financial advisory & business consulting

Get the business structured,
funded, and growing.

Sage Solutions works with founders and established businesses in Nigeria and Canada — from registration and business plans through to strategy, marketing and hiring.

Where businesses get stuck

Most businesses do not fail for lack of effort

They fail because the structure underneath them was never built, or because it was built for a market they have since outgrown.

The plan exists in your head

You know where the business is going, but nothing written down survives an investor's second question.

Growth has gone flat

What worked to get here has stopped working, and adding more effort to it is not changing the numbers.

Nobody is holding the whole picture

Finance, marketing and hiring are each being handled separately, and none of the decisions agree with each other.

What we do

Seven services, three questions

Whatever brought you here usually reduces to one of these.

01

Start & Fund

Get structured and get funded

Founders who need the business properly set up, and a plan investors will actually read.

02

Grow

Turn strategy into pipeline

Businesses with revenue and flat growth, who need a route to market that holds up.

03

Lead

Build the team and the authority

Companies scaling past the founder, and executives who need to be visible.

Where we work

Two countries, one practice.

Sage Solutions serves clients in Nigeria and in Canada. Every service listed above is available in both — the same advisory practice, working to the requirements of whichever market your business is in.

Where the two genuinely differ, we say so — company registration follows an entirely different process in each country, so it has a separate guide for each.

How we work

Four steps, in this order

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it lasts three weeks or a year.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

A conversation about the business as it actually is, not as the deck describes it.

  2. Step 02

    Diagnostic

We find what is genuinely holding growth back, and what it is costing you.

  3. Step 03

    Roadmap

A plan sized to your resources, with the sequence and the priorities set.

  4. Step 04

    Execution

We stay involved through delivery, because plans handed over at the door do not get built.

[Client testimonial goes here. Two or three sentences on what the business looked like before, what changed, and what it made possible. The most useful ones name a specific problem rather than praising in general.]

[Second testimonial. Ideally from the other market, so the two together demonstrate the practice works in both without the copy having to claim it.]

[Third testimonial. A different pillar again — recruitment or LinkedIn — so the three cover the full range of what the practice does.]

Two or three sentences of background go here: how long Tunji has been advising businesses, the sectors he has worked across, and the roles he held before founding the practice.

A second short paragraph goes here, covering why the practice exists and what he believes about how advisory work should be done. This is the paragraph that decides whether a visitor books.

Questions

Before you book

Do you work with businesses in both Nigeria and Canada?

Yes. The practice is based in Canada and works with clients in both countries, and every service is available in either market. Company registration is the one service that differs materially between the two, so each has its own guide.

How does the first consultation work?

A 30 minutes call, free. We discuss where the business is and what is in the way. If we can help you will get a clear proposal; if we cannot, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Are you a consultant or an agency?

Neither, exactly. Engagements are led personally rather than handed to a junior team, which is why we take a limited number at a time.

What does it cost?

Defined pieces of work — business plans, pitch decks, company registration, LinkedIn optimisation — carry published prices. Advisory and consulting engagements are scoped and priced after the first conversation, because the range is too wide to quote honestly in advance.

Start with a conversation about where the business actually is.

30 minutes, free, no obligation. If we are not the right fit we will tell you on the call.
