Common questions
Will you guarantee I raise funding?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. The documents will be as strong as the business behind them — where the business has a real weakness, we will tell you rather than write around it.
Do I need the plan and the deck, or just one?
Most raises need both — the deck opens the conversation and the plan survives the due diligence that follows. They can be commissioned separately if you already have one that works.
